Stylish 60s house 8 mins from Denmark Hill Zone 2 station and near parks and restaurants. Ideal for family with three bedrooms, large kitchen/dining room and patio garden. The house is very quiet with no through traffic in the road, but is ideally situated for nearby Camberwell, East Dulwich, Peckham and Herne Hill. King's College Hospital is 5 mins away and leafy Ruskin Park a few minutes' walk. Trains to central London take 10 mins from Denmark HIll overground station. The space The ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen and dining area, with a WC and washing machine and tumble drier. Patio doors open onto a garden with furniture for eating outside in summer. The first floor has a large open-plan living room with TV, sofas, games as well as the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and WC. The second floor has two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower and WC. There is an additional room which we use for storage. The house has underfloor heating on the ground floor and central heating throughout with hot water on demand. We provide shampoo, shower gel and all kitchen basics such as olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs, spices etc. We cook a lot so have a good range of supplies and pots and pans. The house is our home and we only let occasionally when we go away, so it is full of our things, but we will clear space for clothes etc. Guest access The whole house apart from one storage room. Other things to note We have a cat who will be in the house. We can arrange for someone to feed her, or if you are happy to, that would be great. She is very nervous, so you probably won't see her much.
