Ocean View Designer House with Hot Springs, Sauna, Open-Air Bath, and BBQ

There is a designer house located in Atami, just 15-minute drive from Atami train station. Private resort HOTARU is a completely private house. You can enjoy a luxurious stay without any disturbances. It boasts a 160㎡, 3LDK with a view overlooking the ocean from the living area and the bath. You can also enjoy a BBQ on the balcony and a private sauna in the basement. The space The highlight of the house is beautifully tiled living room where you can enjoy the Oceanview watching Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube on a 100-inch big screen. If you’re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the beautiful stars! *HOUSE The house layout includes 3LDK, which stands for “three rooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen.” There is one bedroom, one Japanese-style bedroom, and one modern bedroom. The house indoor hot spring bath, and an outdoor hot spring bath. 
Feel free to use the microwave, small pots, three gas stoves, a fridge, and an electric coffee grinder provided in the open kitchen. 1F: Sauna room, outdoor hot spring bath, terrace. 2F: A living room, dining room, kitchen, Japanese-Western style room, western style room, Japanese room, indoor hot spring bath, 2 toilets, and a balcony. *BEDROOM

 The maximum capacity for guests is 11. If you have more guests, please feel free to contact us. *AMENITIES We provide the following amenities as standard:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, a hair dryer, cotton puffs, a razor, and other amenities. *KITCHEN We provide seasonings such as sugar, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave oven, a rice cooker, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, scissors, tongs and more. A set of coffee is also available. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. *SHOPPING There is a grocery store named MaxValue Atami branch, conveniently located about a 15-minute drive away. We recommend that you consider purchasing any necessary items before your check-in because there are no grocery stores nearby and delivery to the accommodation is not available. *BBQ There is a charge of 1500 yen to use the charcoal grill for your entire stay. We provide salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, oil, tongs, griddles, fire starters, and a lighter. However, please bring your own charcoal and food for the BBQ, and if desired, please bring your own BBQ sauce, skewers, and etc. Credit card payment is the only acceptable method, and payment can be made using the laminated QR code located at the accommodation. To maintain a friendly relationship with the local community, we kindly request that BBQs be held between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. *Projector You can enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. However, we will discontinue providing Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts as of January 5, 2026. You will still be able to enjoy movies and videos within the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing. Additionally, if using our company account, you will not be able to view paid content. Therefore, if you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account. Please note that terrestrial digital broadcasts cannot be viewed. If you wish to project content you have prepared, you can connect it using an HDMI cable approximately 3 meters long. Please swap it with the HDMI port on the Fire TV Stick. After use, kindly return it to its original position. Guest access There are no restricted area on the premises. Other things to note <> ++Available check-in time++ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00. ++About changing the number of guests++ We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay. In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee. ++About noises++ The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to avoid making loud noises outside of the house. You are welcome to use the speaker and enjoy conversations with your group, but please be mindful of the neighbors as well. In the event that the neighbors file a noise complaint, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises. Thank you for your cooperation in advance. ++TV++ We provide only Amazon prime and Netflix, but not terrestrial digital board casting. ++Number of guests++ We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. ++Smoking++ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. ++Parking++ There is a parking space for up to 3 cars. ++ About the natural environment ++ The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles. Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding. ++Caution++ If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you. ++Late Check-Out Policy++ In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
