This is a small studio apartment located on the second floor (stairs) with a comfortable queen sized bed, simple kitchen with basic cooking utensils, bathroom has a shower, a smart TV (no cable) you can use your Netfilx or HULU or whatever subscription service you to watch streaming through the strong WiFi. The space The kitchen has NO supplies. The bathroom is small but in its own space (100% private, just for you). The shower is CLEAN and we provide hand soap, toilet paper, and towels only. Smoking or vaping or smoking of anything is NOT ALLOWED. We provide detergents. Guest access This is a private unit. There is a shared washer and dryer in the building, free for our guests to use The entry video provides more details upon booking confirmation. Other things to note Free on street parking is available right in front of the building or on E. Mermaid Lane. If you cross the street, please use the crosswalks and watch for traffic.
