Recently converted blacksmith's workshop, now a comfortable architect-designed open-plan apartment with bedroom, shower-room, modern kitchen and programable under-floor heating. There is a unique feature light created by Scotland’s “Blazing Blacksmith”. It is a detached stone-built dwelling in its own walled-drive with parking space and mounted charger for electric cars. Located in attractive rural Perthshire village (13 miles from Dundee) close to Cairngorms, Angus Glens, Perth and Dundee. The space The space is open plan. You enter into a living area with two comfy chairs and a small eating area with table and chairs and a modern kitchen. there is a specially commissioned light installation. The kitchen includes a small fridge/freezer, copper sink, hob and oven. There is a separate reasonably sized shower room. There are three steps up to a raised platform bedroom with double bed. There are ceiling sky lights which can be opened or shuttered automatically. Guest access The Smithy is completely self contained and in its own gravelled walled area next to our house. There is a pathway to our garden
