The space The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, etc.), as well as oil, vinegar, salt and pepper dispensers. The apartment has air conditioning with heating, both in the bedroom and in the living room, as well as a large flat screen TV with a media player so that guests have access with their passwords and the apartment's network to all digital platforms (Prime Video, Netflix, HBO, Dazn, etc.). The apartment also has a high-speed fiber network, making the apartment ideal for those who need to be continuously connected to the internet. It also has double glazing and blinds on all windows, and a memory foam mattress in the master bedroom to ensure a good rest. We work with a professional cleaning company to clean the apartment between guests, and we are one of the few apartments that does not pass on the price of this cleaning to the rental, since cleaning is included in the price. In addition, for stays longer than 10 days, we offer guests the possibility, upon request, to have the cleaning services of this company, for an additional cost of 45 euros each time they do so, which would also include the change and cleaning of sheets and towels, and which would be done every 10 days throughout the stay, so guests would not have to do the cleaning during their stay. Guest access The building is accessed from a pedestrian street, which is a very quiet street, and there are only 3 neighbors per floor, mostly apartments, so tranquility is practically guaranteed. There is free street parking in the area, although there is a lot of demand and sometimes it can be difficult to find a spot. We have a parking space located about 500 meters from the apartment, for those cases that have an important need to park, it is in a covered parking lot with video surveillance, and it is a large space with very good access, and we rent it to our customers for 10 euros a day, but you have to request it in advance because it is also available for other apartments. Other things to note Although the apartment has a capacity for 2 people, the apartment can perfectly accommodate 4 people, since the two beds available, the one in the master bedroom and the sofa bed, are double beds. In the event that the number of people is greater than two, it is mandatory to notify, and it will entail an additional cost of 10 euros per person per day, and sheets and towels will be provided for all guests. The accommodation also has a crib with bed linen included, and a high chair, for a supplement of 10 euros per day, which makes it ideal for large families who come with babies, and if you are interested you must request them at the time of booking. Sometimes there are available dates that may appear as unavailable, or with the obligation to book certain days, and we do so for our internal organization, but since we have flexibility if you are interested in more dates, ask without obligation if it is possible.
