This standalone, unique, private hideaway is situated on a large, quiet bush land block situated in the country town of Penshurst. Located 20 minutes from Dunkeld, the “Gateway” to the Grampians, 50 minutes from the Great Ocean Road, 40 minutes from coastal Port Fairy and 20 minutes to Hamilton. The perfect tranquil getaway to rest and relax or to travel to all the amazing tourist destinations close by. Sit by the fire pit and enjoy views of the Grampians or relax inside by the fire. The space Annie’s on Ti Tree has just been fully decorated to be a modern, contemporary, beautiful little unique home. It contains 1 bedroom with queen size bed & 1 double futon in the dining area accommodating up to 4. Porta cot is in the bedroom robe & high chair is available upon request. One bathroom with shower, bath & vanity. Laundry with washing machine, drying rack, outside clothes line & iron. Kitchen with gas oven, hot plates, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee maker, fridge and other facilities. Teas, coffee, sugar, milk, bread , oils, herbs & spices and other cooking supplies. A basic continental breakfast is supplied with cereal, milk and bread. Smart TV with free WFI. Reverse cycle heating & cooling. Wood fire heater with kindling, firelighters & wood supplied for evening usage over the duration of your stay. Gas BBQ. Outdoor area with magnificent views of the Grampians with a fire pit. Wood supplied for evening usage for the duration of your stay. I also have space to accommodate a large caravan/motor home if you have friends you’d like to enjoy the stay with you. Power & water would be available. Please enquire for further information and additional costs for this option. This is a standalone property. I do not live on site but few blocks away if needed. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and all outside areas. Other things to note Ample space outdoors for children to play, run around and explore the many hidden treasures in my bush land setting. Private covered car park. All linen & bedding supplied. For your enjoyment outside games, balls, bikes & trikes to suit young children with helmets supplied. Books, board & card games, puzzles & toy box are available to enjoy.
