The space This is a large 160 m² ground floor where you will have 2 bedrooms including 1 master suite, in a very comfortable house entirely powered by solar energy and oriented to trade winds. There is therefore no air conditioning, washing machine (service however available), iron and any other equipment consuming a lot of electricity. This situation should change with the installation of a second photovoltaic power station. You will therefore explore a unique stay in the heart of the valley, in our self-powered ecological house in the heart of nature. Between comfort and respect for the environment, you will have an experience where ecological constraints shape your stay, making each moment an authentic immersion in forest life. Description: Spacious 170 m2 2-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, 2 toilets, one of which is independent. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a queen size bed with ensuite shower room and closet. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a storage closet. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people with the two sofa beds. A modern kitchen that opens onto a spacious living room with connected TV area, a dining area and bar area will delight visitors. The apartment is ventilated and fully equipped with ceiling fans in accordance with the photovoltaic power supply of La Villa Montagne. Guest access Guests have private and direct access to the apartment dedicated to them as well as to the property (crayfish pond, Carbet River, cocoa plantation, etc.) Other things to note On the property, you'll have access to the river and waterfalls. In the municipalities of Carbet and Saint-Pierre, you will find two distilleries, many restaurants on the beach and beautiful hikes on the Caribbean coast.
