La Casa de Poncho: We are an old house of colonial architecture, we are an excellent choice if you want to spend quality time with your loved ones and be able to relax, privately and quietly. The space The house has: 3 bedrooms with 8 beds, living room with digital cable, Wifi, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms and a large garden. It also includes an infinity pool and relaxation area; lounge chairs, hammocks, picnic area, campfire and barbecues. Also, a dock area to enjoy the view of the lake. The master bedroom features 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, its closet and bathroom; the second bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and its closet; the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds and its closet. In total there are 8 beds; 2 bathrooms, living room with ceiling fan, digital cable and wifi, dining room, equipped kitchen, outdoor room. Rest chairs, hammock, and life jackets are available in the dock area. Guest access Access to 8 parking spaces within the property, and access to all areas included in the property already mentioned. Other things to note ~Check in at 2pm and check out at 11pm the following day. ~You can leave the ranch premises and the maximum return time is 11 p.m. ~ Essentials included: bath towels, soap and shampoo. ~Guests must bring charcoal if they wish to use the outdoor grill. ~We are pet friendly, maximum 3 pets, however we ask that you collect what you discard, to help us care for and keep clean all areas. ~Fully equipped kitchenette. ~Of the essential amenities does not include: air conditioning . ~We have a kitchen for barbecues and barbecues in the garden area, and a rectangular table and plastic chairs can be taken out if you want to eat in the outdoor area. ~Campfire firewood is included. ~All properties in the area do not have drinking water, so we include electric oasis with bottled water. ~ Extra services that can be arranged through the person in charge: Jetsky rental, boats for family walks, and food service from nearby restaurants to home delivery.
