Great View of the boat dock & Lake Livingston, The sunsets and Sunrise views are down right amazing. You have access to a private dock where you can fish or swim. This home has 3 bedrooms (all upstairs) and 2 full baths. It has a game room upstairs and a wonderful covered deck that looks out onto the lake. Full kitchen and bathroom down stairs. The space You have access to a covered 2 car garage and a parking area so you can comfortably park 4 vehicles. No Boats allowed Guest access You will get a 4 digit code to open the front door the day before your booking. The code will work from the time you check in, till the time you leave. Other things to note Just Added A JOOLA Tournament Quality Ping Pong Table and Tournament quality Dart Board in the Garage We have also added a wonderful heavy Oak Table that sits 10 for family dinners House has 2 outdoor security cameras - 1 on driveway and 1 on back patio pointed towards backyard and dock
