Located in a leafy Liverpool suburb near Liverpool Cricket Club and a short walk from the lovely water front/prom where you can walk/cycle all the way to the centre. 20 min bus to airport and 10 min train to town centre. The space The apartment has its own separate entrance (with lockbox for independent check in) and a spacious hallway. It has a double bedroom (accessed via the lounge), with space for travel cot and lovely cosy lounge with smart TV and dining table. The sofa in the lounge is also a comfortable double sofa bed (Cocoon Sleeping). The kitchen is well kitted out with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Guest access The apartment is completely self-contained and separated from the rest of the house by a locked door. It is a basement apartment, although mainly above ground. There are 7 steps down to the apartment entrance and one step up at the door. The apartment itself is all on one level. There is plenty of free parking on the road immediately outside the drive. If there are any mobility issues let us know and we can arrange parking on the drive.
