Potential Stay on Greenbrier Drive

This lovely historic home on Greenbrier Drive has all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen, one & 1/2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, and a river lover’s paradise! We are calling it a “potential stay” simply because this historic home has the potential to be in a more desirable shape. Each room needs scraped & painted and we will do it one-room-at-a-time as we can afford. This was Clare’s childhood home so THANK YOU for helping to restore it! The space In addition to the home - You have a spacious private back patio and a wonderful view of the Greenbrier river from the front porch. Cross the street (carefully!) for river access. At regular Summer water levels - you have your own island to play or relax on! We are only minutes away from Pipestem & Bluestone State Parks, Bluestone Lake and Sandstone Falls. We (Summers County) are a part of the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve! The New River Gorge in Fayetteville is one hour away. Guest access The whole home and Greenbrier river in front of the home. Other things to note This home is a WORK IN PROGRESS. That is the only reason it is priced so low. We just put on a new roof and had the electrical updated. Also, over 1k in plumbing. Your reservation goes back in to the home 100%. Thank you!
