This 6-acre hinterland hideaway is the perfect place to unwind. The surrounding picturesque gardens and over 40 metres of creek frontage is just the start of what this amazing property has to offer. The stylish two-bedroom unit offers spacious accommodation perfectly suited for two couples or a couple and up to 3 children if one is an infant. This peaceful spot guarantees a great sleep in, or go for a walk down at the creek, before everyone else wakes up. The space Homely and fresh this 2-bedroom one bathroom unit is only a 3 min drive to the closest store/café, 8 min to the local Eltham Hotel Pub, 32 minuets to Ballina airport and a 27 min drive to Byron Bay and it’s many beautiful beaches. The units kitchen offers enough cooking equipment to delight any chef. With a Smeg cooker, Kitchen Aid mixer, blender, Nespresso Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and plenty of cooking equipment, glassware and crockery. (No Dishwasher). The sliding doors from the Kitchen Living area lead out to a fully undercover concrete patio area housing a BBQ and large outdoor dinning table, which also doubles as a great undercover play area for the kids. This happens to be the best spot on the property to view the spectacular sunsets. (Please note if you have small children there is a Large Water Filled pot with goldfish in this area) There is also a friendly lawn area to simply lay-on or for kids to play. There are two good-sized bedrooms. One with a king bed, aircon, clothes-hanging stand and separate sliding doors to the patio area. The other offers a double bed and pedestal fan in summer. This room also has kids toys, games and books available for your stay. All linen and towels are provided. There is one bathroom-combined laundry off the kitchen area with a separate toilet. Please note the shower is over a bath. There is a vanity, washing machine, laundry sink, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and clothes airier. Laundry powder, shampoo, conditioner and hand and body wash is provided. The cosy living area has a modern L shaped lounge, TV and fireplace. (Available for use May – Oct only). There is a main house located on the same property. Guests have access to the large concrete area with basketball ring and trampoline near the unit. Guests can also access the orchard and travel down to the 40 metres of beautiful creek frontage. This is a truly magical place for a picnic or just to relax and is often lovely and cool to dip your feet in on a hot summers day. Other things to note We strive to be as sustainable as possible. The property is solar powered. Please recycle where possible and use the allocated bins at the side of the unit. All our hand, body wash and cleaning products are locally sourced and environmentally friendly. We have created a guidebook, which is available through the Airbnb portal. The main house and garden around it is for our private use. Please feel free to roam around the unit to the orchard and down to the creek. We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise as much as we do.
