Room 3: Guildford, Havenhurst

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This is a beautifully decorated heaven in the Town Center of Guildford near the Waitrose, Station and High Street, as well as the G-Live Theatre. There are two parking places available nearby, please ask for more details. Sharing communal areas with other guests ( room 1 and room 3) and these would be the kitchen, and bathroom. The space The double sofa bed as well as the single chair will be made up with linen for when you arrive and you can keep them down if you prefer or put both back up should you need more floor space. Please ensure you use the fully supplied bedding with mattress and sofa protectors as we want it to be clean for new guests to use immediately after you vacate. The bathroom and kitchen are fully fitted with appliances and a washing machine. Many items are labelled for your convenience. The bathroom is suitable for adults and children. Guest access This is a residential block so it is vital that you consider that there are homeowners living in the block and they need absolute quiet when accessing in and out of the flat as they have small children sleeping. The entrance is from Stoke Road on the corner of Stoke and York Road. The postcode is GU1 4DW. However, the parking is on York Road behind the building. It is not clearly signposted, but if you drive along York Road as if you are heading to G-Live, then you will see the driveway on the left-hand side between two stone pillars. The parking bays are marked as Flat 4 on the right-hand side of the parking. Great care must be taken with the parking so as not to reverse into the bars and other cars, so please be very careful. Then walk on the street towards the traffic lights on the corner and as you turn into Stoke Road the entrance is on your right. Follow the pathway on the left-hand side and you will be by the entrance patio. The keys will be in the lock box on the right-hand side low down on the wall. The top left hand side is for the front door.
