There is plenty of FREE parking Other things to note **** PLEASE NOTE**** The check-in and check-out time is very STRICK and enforced by our cleaning crew. We spend a lot of time making our unit comfortable and beautiful. The resort itself keeps the grounds in pristine condition. For this reason, we are usually completely booked up to a year out, maybe even more. More than likely you will be scheduled to check-out at 10 am and there will be another family arriving at 4 pm. This leaves a precise time window for the crew to thoroughly clean the unit between guests. If you feel you will want a late checkout, you must contact me with advanced notice to verify availability. If you are still at the unit when the cleaning crew arrives, please note we will charge you a late check-out fee of $65.00 towards your deposit. There are absolutely no exceptions. We know that upon your arrival the unit will be in impeccable condition, for this reason, we know you will understand this policy and extend your full cooperation by vacating the unit no later than 10 AM sharp.
