Pillows: The provided pillows are filled with wonderfully soft duck feathers to offer luxurious comfort to slowly sink your head into. Though we understand guests may have allergies to feathers or its a personal preference, hence we have included two memory Foam Pillows that are also hypoallergenic. Towels: Pure 100% Cotton Towels provided Disclaimer: Please note, all our linen including towels is white. Makeup should never be removed under any circumstances with the linen provided. Face wipes are provided in all properties and should be used in these circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in a £25 fee per towel. Please make sure the correct occupancy is selected at the time of booking. i.e You cant book under 2 and arrive with 4 people. For a booking of 2 people, only 1 bedroom is available for use during the stay and the rest will be locked. This enables us to keep costs low for smaller groups who dont require extra bedrooms. (Due to strict licensing restrictions at this property any occupancy over 8 will result in termination of the booking) Other things to note You must be over 18 years old to stay at this property. We don’t allow any events or party’s under any circumstances. The booking will be terminated if any issues are reported to us. Smoking including vaping is forbidden anywhere on the premises including on the balcony or terrace. We reserve the right to charge your card £500 in the case of a deep clean due to smoke. No pets are allowed at this property Under no circumstances is NOSS canisters or drugs to be brought on to the premises. This will result in the police attending or information passed on to them if found on checkout.
