Guest suite with private entrance with pool

Your private suite is attached to the main house with a shared garden and pool, and a separate entrance. It includes a guest lounge with a sofa bed, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, mounted TV with Netflix, and a private bathroom with shower and bath. Although private, a door separates the suite from our lounge and kitchen, so you may hear us. Please don’t book if noise is an issue. Located just 17 minutes drive to the beach. The space Guest bedroom with motorised blackout blind, flax linen bedding and wall mounted TV with internet access. Sliding doors lead our to you own patio with bistro table and two chairs looking out onto the garden where you have use of the shared pool and seated fire pit. Your private lounge has sofa, wall mounted tv, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and glassware. Your private bathroom has a shower, vanity unit and bath. Although your suite is private to our area it is attached to our home, therefore sometimes you may hear us but we are considerate and keep noise to a minimum. Guest access The entrance to your private areas are through your own side gate that takes you to sliding doors directly yo your bedroom. Please park on the verge outside the home not on the lawn. You have a motorised black out blind in your bedroom and your own lounge room, bathroom and double bedroom. You are also welcome to use the fire pit and swimming pool. You have your own patio area and alfresco table and chairs. During your stay My Wife & I are always out and about but when home are happy to chat if needed but also understand the need for privacy also. Anything you need please message us and we will be there to help. Other things to note There is a laundry in the small village of Woombye if clothes are needed to be washed. unfortunately no pets allowed as our golden retriever is very timid. The sofa bed is suitable for young children and will be made up upon request. We have plantation shutters in the lounge, bathroom and toilet , no fly screens to the lounge, bathroom or bedroom.
