We call this cabin "The Old West" We have been members of the Chamber of Commerce since 2007 and have been renting cabins in Branson since 2003. We know how to make our guests feel at home. You will find everything you need except food. We have a private 5 acre lake you can fish and we are only 5 minutes from the parking lot at Silver Dollar City. There are several things to consider when choosing a place to stay in Branson and here are some of them: LOCATION: This log cabin, The Old West, is about 1 mile from Silver Dollar City. When others are waiting in "stand still" traffic for up to 2 hours just to get to SCD you will be there in 10 minutes or less. If you want to spend your time in Branson you can be in Branson is less than 10 minutes and all the way across town to the Branson Landing in less than 25 minutes. You will not find a better location. ACCOMMODATIONS: There are no steps to enter the Split Oak cabin. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin with a large Jacuzzi tub in each bathroom. We do not have a HOT TUB. We have a king, 1 queen bed, a set of bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. Note: The 3rd bedroom is converted from part of the deck which has to be entered through the master bedroom. For families this is not a problem but for mixed couples this might not be comfortable. All of our cabins are very clean, well stocked and furnished with almost everything you will need except food. We furnish all Towels and Sheets, Kitchen is supplied with Crock Pot, Coffee Maker and Filters, Dishes, and Pots and Pans. We furnish Coffee, Trash Bags, Paper Towels, Tissues, Toilet Paper, Soap, Laundry Detergent, and Wood for the Wood burning fireplace. We have wifi, Cable TV, 3 TVs, 3 DVD Players, DVD library, Toys, Games, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, and a Large Screened in deck. We also have a nice Charcoal Grill and Patio Furniture. AMENITIES: We have a 5 Acre Lake you can Fish without a license. The hike to the lake is steep and we do not recommend it if you have any physical problems. We have Nature Trails, Basketball Court, Horseshoes, Playground, and 2 beautiful Pools. Notch Estates is very family friendly with lots of areas for your kids to play. Bring your Bicycles, Rip Sticks, Skate Boards, and Remote Controlled Cars. PLEASE NOTE: Notch Estates Resort has 2 pools. However the smaller pool is needing major repairs and will not be open for use during 2025. INFORMATION: When you stay with us we will also send a lot of information that will make your stay in Branson even more enjoyable such as a location where you can buy 2 for 1 tickets to most of the shows , and our personal show review. This review is our personal opinion of about 70 shows and attractions we have seen and you will find it very helpful in selecting your entertainment while in Branson. We will also give you directions and recommendations to restaurants and stores close to the cabin. PRICE: We strive to be very competitive with comparable log cabins.
