This is a great place to stay that is convenient for tubing the river, visiting the outlet mall or Texas State events! 200 yards from the San Marcos River. 1/2 mile from local tubing companies for about a 2 hour San Marcos River float. The space Enjoy grilling on the patio and being able spend the night under the stars from our outdoor oasis. Inside old tasting room sit at the bar watch TV or enjoy time with friends playing games around the table. There is a galley kitchen and 3 adjacent bedrooms ( king, 2 queens, twin bunk beds, futon in the living space.) Other things to note - Lock box access - Counter top stove on/off switch at back left, temperature controls on the front.
