The space * The house has 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. * The master bedroom has a TV, closet and private bathroom. * The other two bedrooms have bunk beds. * All rooms have air conditioning. * It also has 3 extra mattresses. * Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses, spoons, blender, microwave, rice cooker, etc. * The living/dining room has air conditioning, TV. * Outside we have a swimming pool exclusively for guests, hammocks, outdoor living room and table, grill, parking for up to 2 cars. The house has 3 security cameras located in: 1st camera: At the external entrance of the house at the front door above the front door. 2nd camera overlooking the street outside the house 3rd camera in the back patio area overlooking the parking lot and part of the pool.
