Take a break in our luxurious penthouse. The enormous south-west facing balcony offers panoramic views of the sunset each evening, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day. The interior is bright and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that fill the space with natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the living room is outfitted with premium audio (Sonos) and TV for your entertainment. The space Our penthouse is located in a gated development with a video entry system for added security. It features two bedrooms, each with ample storage space in the form of wardrobes. The second bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating, as well as a hidden double wall bed and an adjustable standing desk for working. The super king bedroom has easy access to the main bathroom, located in the entrance hall and featuring a relaxing bath with underfloor heating. Both bathrooms come equipped with all the necessary amenities. The living room is spacious and elegantly furnished with a plush sofa and a six-seater dining table, and each bedroom and the living room have direct access to the massive south-west facing balcony. The balcony wraps around the entire penthouse and offers breathtaking views, and is furnished with a large corner sofa with a table and a separate lounge set for your relaxation and enjoyment. The kitchen is open plan with a kitchen island and modern built-in appliances and is fully stocked with all necessary utensils and cutlery. Convenience is key at our penthouse, with electric roller blinds and dimmable lighting throughout. Guest access You will have complete access to the entire flat during your stay, and you are welcome to use our designated parking space as well. Please note that the balcony is private and not shared with other guests. Other things to note PLEASE READ: As part of our booking process, we kindly ask that you review and accept the house rules in our listing. We don't have any insane rules, but we would like to draw your attention to some important sections that we feel are also worth highlighting here. We have a strict policy against large and noisy gatherings; we maintain a peaceful environment in our community. Any disturbances (even those potentially caused by a single person) or attempts to host a party or a large group will not be tolerated. Should these activities persist, we reserve the right to take legal action. Please note that in the event that a party or large gathering is found to have taken place at our property, there will be a minimum surcharge of £1200. We'd like to bring to your attention that the flat is equipped with several smart devices designed to keep our maintenance costs low and make your stay more comfortable. These devices include window and temperature sensors, remote-controlled roller blinds, smart hubs, an internet router and smoke alarms for your safety. An allocated parking space for one car with a required, visible permit is provided free. A £50 fee applies for non-returned permits. We're not liable for fines due to incorrect parking or a permit non-displayed. The property is located in a gated development with a video entry system. The video cameras monitor common areas only, such as the car park, corridors, and the entrance to the flat. Additionally, we have a modern smart lock with a keypad for self-check-in, but it also records historical activity. For stays longer than 14 days, a signed tenancy agreement is required. This agreement will outline the terms of your stay, including the duration of your tenancy, your rental obligations, and our responsibilities as your landlord.
