Violation will result in being asked to leave, fees and you are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning fees. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am per city code. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in the property. This will be strictly enforced. FIRES: No outside fires or fireworks are allowed per city. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the property. There will be a minimum $500 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the property during your reservation period. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4 pm and check-out is prior to or at 11 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fee may apply. VISITORS/ADDITIONAL GUESTS: guests cannot bring any additional people – no matter how long. Only the amount of authorized guests are allowed. Any unauthorized guests will be assessed an additional fee $250/person. The fee for unauthorized parties or gatherings is $1,500. There are exterior cameras present.
