With a beautifully remodeled interior designed with a minimalist yet comfy aesthetic and a spacious custom backyard area with heated pool, fire pit, and bbq, this house is perfect for enjoying your Arizona time in classy comfort while entertaining family, friends, and your guests. Each of the four rooms and three full bathrooms are beautifully and uniquely themed. The "Onyx and Gold" is the modern master bedroom with two queen beds and a door/windows to the pool area. The "Flamingo" boasts a decadent King bed (and a life size flamingo statue, obviously). The Tulum is the beach oasis complete with hammock swing and large French doors to the backyard. Lastly we have "Joe's Garage," perfect for the kiddos or single folks with a twin bunk bed and an exposed brick/rustic truck theme. There's a 65” HD TV in the huge living room, perfect for movie- or game night, and a 55" HD TV above the ping pong table in the game room. In addition to 30+ channels, with these Smart TVs you're connected to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and other popular accounts with a click of a button. Whether enjoying a sunny day or star-jeweled night, you're gonna LOVE our backyard. Heated pool, hot tub, custom fire pit and barbecue, and enough space to entertain in style, you're gonna have a tough time picking your favorite feature of this gorgeous property — we're sure you'll love Scottsdale, but leaving this house will be hard. Other things to note No unregistered pets, please! Any signs, etc., of pets will result in an immediate $200 fee upon checkout. Scottsdale is a fun city with lively night life. Please do not bring the party or unregistered guests back to the property. Please do not use the house wi-fi for ANY illegal streaming or downloading. Please keep all kids safe in the backyard and pool. Supervise all children under the age of 16 at all times, regardless of their swimming skills. All guests must confirm that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property. Please keep the pool area clean and safe: Absolutely no glass by the pool. For your wellbeing and that of our property, we use security cameras (exclusively outside, in the front yard.) Pool heat is available from October 15th, and at $65/day or $400/week is an optional purchase. Should you choose to enjoy pool heat, please remember that you must purchase it for your entire stay. When heated, the pool is a balmy and approximate 80ºF.
