Welcome to our slice of paradise at Home Suite Seagrove! Our home is nestled in a family friendly neighborhood on a quiet dead end street surrounded by Florida's natural beauty. This roomy two bedroom apartment sleeps six adults plus 2 children. The space boasts a king bed, queen bed, queen murphy bed, and queen sleeper sofa. The main living space is an open concept kitchen/living room with an adjoining Florida room. It is a 10 min. walk (4 blocks) to our neighborhood's dedicated beach access. The space Our guest apartment is about 1400 square feet and fully appointed with everything you need to make you feel right at home. An outdoor shower and laundry/mud room come in handy to clean up after a long day at the beach. The open concept kitchen/living area makes for a fun spot for your group to hang out. Comfortable furnishings and a large smart TV are nice for relaxing evenings or lazy rainy days. The kitchen is spacious and includes full-sized appliances, a garbage disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, breakfast bar and ample counter space for meal preparation. The tub/shower combo in both ensuite bathrooms are ideal for families, and you'll find both bathrooms appointed with plenty of plush towels. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds with high-end linens, an ensuite bathroom, and a small balcony. One bedroom has a walk-in closet where you will find extra bedding and baby/toddler supplies like a high chair, pack n play, etc. Guest access This apartment is located on the second floor of our home where we live full time. It has it's own parking, private entrance and is able to be completely separated from the rest of our house. We will send you an entry code for the door. Guests will have access to ample outdoor space including a screen porch with seating and storage for beach gear, and a covered patio where guests can park bikes or golf carts (we do not provide those, but many guests rent them). Our backyard has a swing set and trampoline that guests may use at their own risk.
