The Gamber is one of the most historic and remarkable homes in Fergus Falls. Built in 1874, the home offers 10' ceilings and wide detailed woodwork but also modern comfort and convenience. Located on the beautiful Ottertail River, the level lawn is expansive and ready for outdoor games or reading a book while you sit along the riverbank. The space There are 4 comfortable bedrooms with new mattresses and eco-friendly bedding. The master has one king, BR2 has two queens, BR3 has 1 queen, BR4 has a single/single bunk and a single/double bunk. Significant updating in 2022 added a luxury bath with a walk-in shower, double vanity and a clawfoot tub, bath 2 has a soaker tub with a handheld shower, bath 3 has a shower. The home is located on the Ottertail River and has a screened porch. There is a smart TV in the family room and one in the master bedroom--YouTube TV is provided and you can also login to your own accounts on any other apps. There are outdoor porches on the east side, south side, and a large screened porch facing the river on the west side of the house. The kitchen is bright and well-stocked; your hosts are only a text or call away if any essentials have been over-looked. There is a Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard brewing machine for coffee. Guest access Guests will enjoy the entire home minus the unfinished attic. Other things to note The Gamber has been operating since January 2023. The property is located on a large corner lot right on the Otter Tail River. There are beautiful views from every room.
