Description
Updated with comfort and security in mind. This 1 br/1 bath unit is a river-front property with a calming river-view from the desk area. The space offers a galley kitchen with a gas stove, microwave and toaster oven. The bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and black-out curtains. In the living room, there is ample seating, a work area, and smart tv. The bathroom and laundry areas are updated to offer all of the amenities that one would expect. Wi-fi and self check-in with smart lock. The space Interior photos are current and a floor plan is uploaded. There are interior steps. We offer a well stocked kitchen with gas stove. Drip, Keurig and French press coffee makers. Toaster oven, toaster, and mixer, baking dishes, pots and pans. A drop-leaf table in the living room is available for dining. Living room with smart tv, sofa, chair and desk with a river view. The bed is a memory foam, queen bed with additional linens and blankets in the bedroom closet. There are a variety of pillow types and thickness because a pillow can make or break a good nights sleep. Bathroom has tub/shower with linens located in the closet and the unit has a tankless hot water heater. Washer/dryer in unit. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the river front yard. There are chairs on the river bank and a swing on the decking to the dock. Please be aware, take a towel if planning to sit on the swing. Keeping the bird poop off would be a full time job and I can not guarantee that the swing cushion will not have bird poop on it. If you need a large towel, let me know, I am more than happy to provide one. Other things to note We are adding an inground pool this summer that will be made available to our guests once complete. Starting mid April, there may be some construction occurring in the river-front yard. We apologize for this inconvenience but are so looking forward to offering this amenity to our guests once complete. OCCUPANCY: Our occupancy permit is for 2. That does not mean 2 adults and a child. 2 means 2 heads no matter what size. If upon arrival you are over occupancy, you will be turned away. If it is discovered after arrival that you are over occupancy a fee of $300 per night will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled immediately. Being over occupancy puts our rental license in jeopardy and is a serious offense. PETS: While we welcome pets, please make sure that they are noted in the reservation so that we are aware that animals are on-site. When guests have dogs, we prefer to not let ours out to run the river front yard so that you have full access to this area. Please see check-in instructions for waste disposal. If animal waste is left in the yard, expect an extra charge. If your dog is unattended in the apartment and barking excessively, I may contact you. SCENT FREE: We aim to be scent free for those with sensitivities. We are MCAS friendly. We do not use any type of cleaning product with synthetic scents. We clean with scent free, natural products such as vinegar, baking soda, and peroxide. All laundry products are scent free. The unit has no air fresheners and scent free soap/shampoo, etc. are available. We do allow guests with pets. If pet allergies are of concern, please reach out. BOAT DOCK: Please check with me before accessing the dock. I am open to fishing from the dock or allowing dock space but it needs to be discussed first for safety concerns. UNAUTHORIZED OCCUPANTS: Making a reservation for someone else without notifying the host is a serious offense. If the booking party is not on the trip, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. All guests over the age of 18 must be added to the reservation or we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. PARKING: If you are arriving with vehicles that are larger than a typical passenger vehicle, please let me know so that we can provide ample room. We have a large parking pad and I am more than happy to accommodate. Vehicles such as U-Hauls and cars towing trailers is not a good idea for this unit as we are located in an alley. The turn getting into the alley is tight for larger vehicles.
