The space As owners of this seasonal rental for over 25 years, it is our priority to maintain and enhance it with annual upgrades. We insure the house is in the best shape for your arrival, by overseeing cleaning process and inspecting the property prior to your arrival, to make your stay an enjoyable one. Covid - 19 cleaning practices are followed. Guest access The entire property. Other things to note All utilities are included in the price.( electric, cable wifi, pool cleaning, pool heating propane, trash removal, water, and lawn maintenance. There is a pet fee of $200 added to the rental fee. (When bringing pets). Only Dogs are allowed up to 45lbs. Access instructions are sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival. Upon arrival access to the house is smooth and simple.
