Relax with Heated Pool & Spa with 3 King Beds

AZ TPT #21391360 The space When entering our home you'll get the cozy modern style home feeling with AC keeping you comfortable as you wander to the completely private backyard oasis with mature landscaping including tall palm trees that light up at night, mature plants and plenty of patio furniture. The backyard is completely private with great views of the mountains and peaky boo views of the lake. Skyline views all around and some of the best sunsets you'll see right from the pool patio without power lines interrupting your view. If you want backyard privacy this is it! We just got done adding a new fridge, new washer and dryer and new ceiling fans along with a freshly painted pool patio December 2023. You'll enjoy endless fresh drinking water from our frequently serviced and maintained water filtration system. Pool accessories are available for use. Pool and Jacuzzi have separate heaters. Jacuzzi heat is free with stay however pool heat is not included in the price and is extra. Plenty of propane bottles on site. Although we do not provide propane feel free to use any that have fuel in them. Guest access Everything in the home is accessible except for our master bedroom closet which we keep locked up for personal storage. We keep a side by side stored in 1 half of the garage but there is still room to park another mid sized vehicle or toys inside. Other things to note Heated Spa included in stay. However, heating the pool will be an extra $75 for the first 2 days then $50 a day after that if pool heat is desired. Month or longer stays can be charged by gas meter readings for Pool Heat which could result in savings. This must be mutually agreed upon prior and pictures of the meter sent for reference. Spa and Pool can be operated from the handheld blue tooth controller on site and also controlled and monitored from our phones. Spa and Pool have their own separate heaters. Pool and patio lights are also controlled from the Bluetooth controller. Spa water level needs monitored to stay above the skimmer level due to splash and evaporation. Please keep hose connected and turned on to the Auto-Fill machine. Fountain on front porch might need to get plugged in when you arrive if you want it to run. Please make sure to keep it full as water will splash out slowly and also shut it off when you check out.
