We have recently renovated and provided cooking, dining & laundry facilities. The space The two rooms and a combined shower and toilet are extension of the main property. They are private and have their exclusive entrance from outside. You will not see anyone during your stay. Only the driveway/parking is shared. Guest access The apartment has its own side access from the front parking area. The general structure and access includes the front patio access to the apartment, the bedroom, dining/kitchen, bathroom and shower. There is 1 step access into the house. Unfortunately at present there is no wheelchair accessibility for this step - we’re working on it =) This is a completely private apartment with no interaction with other house occupants. Other things to note While we love to host your stay, please note that due to maintenance arrangements, we DO NOT allow late checkout. Please be considerate of others who are also booked in to stay with us. Any late departures past 10:15am will incur an additional fee of $100. Please take this into consideration when booking with us. Kitchen knife - We are not providing a kitchen knife. A few guests have previously stolen it and we have made a decision to not provide it moving forward. Please bring your own kitchen knife if you're planning on using one.
