The space Two bedrooms and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area. Comfortable for 5 adults, but you can book also for up to 6 as there is a sofa bed in the living room and a floor mattress for 2 persons available on request. No parties allowed! TV, Wi-fi. Bathroom with a tub. Suitable for families with kids, Baby cot and high-chair available on request. All the necessary items for cooking are available in the kitchen. Washing machine for clothes and a dishwasher. Guest access Access to all apartment. Private apartment- not shared! 1st floor - jusb above the ground floor. The host can visit in person if receives complaints from the neighbors about guests braking the house rules (for example smoking in the apartment or yard, parties). Other things to note Security cameras at the gate entrance and in the yard. No smoking allowed in the apartment and in the yard. No parties allowed. Please do not touch the gas heater as it is set to a maximum temperature of 23 degrees C and can be damaged and will turn off automatically if overheated!
