Villa Morey is a 110 m2 house, facing south, on a fully fenced 800 m2 lot. It is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes' drive from Casteljaloux and Center Parc. It consists of a large living space of 45 m2 with all the comforts you need to relax and a swimming pool. 4 bedrooms are at your disposal with 2 bathrooms as well as a large covered terrace of 25 m2. An EV charging station is installed in the garage. The space Villa Morey is a new one-story house. It consists of an entrance directly overlooking the 45 m2 living space – living room area – dining room – open kitchen – all facing south and therefore bathed in light from the first rays of sunshine thanks to its 2 large bay windows. The kitchen, fully equipped, will allow you to cook like at home (glass-ceramic hob, oven, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, large freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric plancha, juicer, crepe maker, rice-coocker, electric beater, manual puree press, etc...) 4 fully equipped bedrooms (sheets, duvet, pillows, pillowcases) will allow you to rest. 3 bedrooms have a 160×200 cm bed, and the last one has 2 90×190 cm beds. They all have a large closet with wardrobe and storage space for your clothes. One of them has a private bathroom. A desk in the bedroom will allow you to work in privacy if needed. The house has fiber, so the speed is excellent and wifi is available throughout the house without loss of signal. There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. A garage of over 15 m² can accommodate one vehicle, and its Hagger electric charging station (IP55 1x7 kW) can charge your car’s batteries. Outside, a large covered terrace will allow you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine and their softness. A large 800-m² garden awaits you, where you can recharge your batteries at your leisure.
