La Villa Morey

Villa Morey is a 110 m2 house, facing south, on a fully fenced 800 m2 lot. It is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes' drive from Casteljaloux and Center Parc. It consists of a large living space of 45 m2 with all the comforts you need to relax and a swimming pool. 4 bedrooms are at your disposal with 2 bathrooms as well as a large covered terrace of 25 m2. An EV charging station is installed in the garage. The space Villa Morey is a new single-storey house. It comprises an entrance that leads directly into the 45 m² living area—living room, dining room, and open-plan kitchen—all facing south and therefore bathed in light from the first rays of sunshine thanks to its 2 large bay windows. The kitchen, fully equipped, will allow you to cook like at home (glass-ceramic hob, oven, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, large freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric plancha, juicer, crepe maker, rice-coocker, electric beater, manual puree press, etc...) 4 fully equipped bedrooms (sheets, duvet, pillows, pillowcases) will allow you to get a good night's rest. Three bedrooms have a 160 × 200 cm bed, and the fourth bedroom has two 90 × 190 cm beds. They all have a large closet with wardrobe and storage space for your clothes. One of them has a private bathroom. Having an office in your room will allow you to isolate yourself to work if needed. The house has fiber, so the speed is excellent and wifi is available throughout the house without loss of signal. A washing machine and a dryer are available in the laundry room. A garage over 15 m² in size can accommodate one vehicle, and its Hagger electric charging station (IP55 1x7kW) can charge your car's batteries. Outside, a large covered terrace will allow you to enjoy the first warm rays of sunshine. A large 800 m² garden awaits you, where you can recharge your batteries at your leisure.
