Dubai Hills is the perfect residential area for family and friends. Other things to note This property accommodates up to 2 adults. Additional bedding for 1 person (sofa setup with pillow, linen, bath towel, and hand towel) is available for a one-time fee of AED 250. Please request at least 48 hours before check-in. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMINGS: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval will incur a fee of AED 150 per hour. Check-outs after 2:00 PM may be charged as an additional night. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. LATE CHECK-IN SURCHARGE: For check-ins after 20:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a Sea La Vie Holiday Home representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. COTS & HIGH CHAIRS: If you require cots or high chairs then there is a one-time rental charge of AED 250 per item ADDITIONAL CLEANING: If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes *NO SMOKING* This apartment is strictly non-smoking. Kindly avoid smoking indoors! Any indication of smoking will incur an AED 3,000 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. ACCESS CARDS & KEYS: Ensure that all access cards and keys are returned inside the apartment upon checkout to avoid a replacement fee of AED 500 per each. TOILETRIES: A starter pack of toiletries is provided for your convenience. However, please note that consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not supplied during your stay. We recommend planning accordingly to meet your needs. BUILDING NOTICE: As this is a residential property, occasional noise from nearby construction, building maintenance, or fire alarms (triggered by neighboring units) may occur. Please note that utility and amenity maintenance, including the pool and gym, is handled by the building and is beyond our control.
