Across from Starry Night Barn & Studios and 5 minutes to downtown Suttons Bay in the heart of Leelanau Wine Country. The space Extensively renovated in 2022, our character-filled barn seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern luxury. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection, and unforgettable Up North getaways, this home offers elevated amenities across three spacious levels. Entry is via a flight of exterior stairs leading to the expansive wraparound deck and main entrance (ask us about an alternate no-stairs entry option). Inside, the open-concept main floor features a stylish living area, dining space, and fully stocked chef’s kitchen with service for 14, full coffee setup, crock pot, mixer, blender, and more. A king bedroom with 52" Alexa TV and a full bath are also located on this level. Step through the dining room slider onto the deck overlooking the peaceful creek and neighboring orchard — perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. On Saturday nights (May–October), enjoy distant music from Starry Night Barn across the street. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms each offer two queen beds, private en-suite baths, and 52" Alexa TVs — ideal for group stays with added privacy. The walk-out lower level is designed for fun and relaxation. Enjoy a second living area with a queen sleeper sofa, arcade games, foosball, Nintendo Wii, 56" Alexa TV, and a wet bar with a mini fridge. The fourth bedroom features a king bed and 52" TV, along with the home’s fourth full bath. Step outside to the private patio and 10-person hot tub overlooking the creek. Outdoors, gather around the fire pit, enjoy yard games (bean bag toss, ladder ball, and more), or take advantage of the provided beach gear including chairs, wagon, and umbrella. We also welcome families, with kids’ toys and games, two high chairs, pack and play, toddler cot, and baby gates available. Please note: The home sits on a wooded bluff with a drop-off to the creek (steeper in some areas). There is a flat yard space for games, but caution is advised at night and with children. Children should never use the hot tub or explore outdoors unsupervised. All TVs allow you to log into your favorite streaming services. Guests are more than welcome to use the laundry area located on the lower level. Our home is your home. We hope you love your stay as much as our family enjoys time spent here. Guest access You have full access to the home except for a few owners closets. Other things to note We comfortably sleep 12 adults in beds. You can fit an additional 2 adults on the sleeper sofa. 2 pack and plays and 1 toddler cot are also available.
