For the young and playful family, relax in our comfy and peaceful home for the summer. Our sun-filled home is the perfect spot to rest while watching the kids play in the cubby house, run through the sprinklers or make use of the deck while the BBQ cooks. A 5 minute drive from the nearest patrolled beach, Wollongong CBD and shopping Centre and within walking distance of groceries, take out options and parks. The space Our home is the perfect size for the small family. A large kitchen and dinning area to cater for all the hungry tummies, a tv room with ample lounging space and bedrooms that are close enough for night time comfort if needed. We have two kid/toddler friendly rooms - a single/double bunk in one room and king single and cot in the nursery, there is plenty room for at least 4 small children! Puzzles, games, plushies, prams and cars galore - lie back on the couch and let the kids explore new toys or make the most of our spacious, sun filled backyard. Guest access Our home is all yours for the duration of your stay. The work shed will be locked for your safety but all other areas are open for exploration. Other things to note Please note this property is ideal for one family, although could be shared by two small families (it would be a tight fit!). However it’s definitely not a 'pre-kids' hangout! We will not accept large groups of adults as we have our children’s spaces and safety to consider as well as our neighbours - whom we very much love and would like to ensure their nights remain peaceful! We are also happy to consider pets (max. 2 small dogs) however we ask that they remain on the hard-floors only or in the laundry, which would be a warm and comfortable sleeping area for them. Please note we do not currently have a pet so there are no ‘pet friendly’ play things or prepared eating/sleep spaces for them.
