Our central cottage on the hill, is in a great position, offering you a perfect base to explore Warrnambool and surrounds. Easy walk to local restaurants and our main shopping strip. Quick drive to Lake Pertobe playground + lovely beaches, 5 mins to the racecourse or beautiful Botanic Gardens. Located 1 block from Norfolk plaza - you will find everything you need for your stay. Supermarket, bakery, fresh seafood, gourmet food store, butcher and one of our fav local coffee shops. The space Our cottage boasts 3 generous sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 car driveway. Built in the 1920's it possesses plenty of charm and character. The gas log fire and sun drenched rooms will help you to feel at home as soon as you enter the front door. Our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, or you are only an easy walk to the centre of town and local restaurants and cafes. A brand new smart TV is located in the living area - apps such as Netflix, Disney etc are on the TV, you will simply need to use your personal sign in to access. *PLEASE NOTE* We no longer have access to the backyard that previous guests may have mentioned in their reviews - the block has been subdivided. Guest access You will have full access to the whole cottage. 2 x car parks in our driveway.
