El Rinconsito is a Fenced 1 Bedroom guest home located in the Heights area within 5 minutes to most of the best dinning restaurants such as Chick-fil-A, Starbucks & shopping centers such as Heb, Walgreens etc.. & within 8 minutes from the Laredo International Airport. The place is private, it is located in the back & detached from the main house, it has its own private entrance, professionally cleaned, and it's equipped with a lockbox for self-check-in convenience. The space The space is comfortable for 2 with a queen size bed and 3 using the futon sofa size of a sleeper located in the living room. It includes a 52" TV 4k with Disney plus, Hulu, ESPN FREE and guests have access to their own accts for other apps like Netflix, HBO max, Peacock etc. And it also includes a fully functional kitchen. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the entire unit & all of its amenities. There's a nice seating area outside/porch to just relax. Smoking allowed on the PORCH ONLY. Other things to note No parties, businesses or events. Dogs must be kept on a non-retractable leash at all times when outside the front main house. The neighborhood potential of noise in certain times.
