Villa by the lake with private boat dock and small sandy beach You can enjoy sunbathing and swimming, lunches and dinners surrounded by greenery. Patios in all directions, so you can always choose between sun or shade. Parking with charging box for two electric cars. Beautiful walks and surroundings, as well as several good restaurants in the area. 5-10 minutes' walk to public transport that takes you to Stockholm city in 30 minutes, by car it only takes 20 minutes. For tennis and paddle, it takes 5 minutes by car. The space The house is best suited for 5 people. You can stay 6 people if you want but the beds are not so wide (see information below). Three out of four bedrooms have lake views. In the master bedroom there is a double bed, king size, 180 cm wide. One bedroom has a small double bed 140 cm wide. Two of the bedrooms have their own beds, 120 cm wide. The house has two bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a Jacuzzi and the downstairs bathroom has a sauna. There are two living rooms with TV, one living room upstairs and one downstairs. The lower living room has a fireplace. In the garden, there is a large trampoline. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are provided. Final cleaning is included in the price. Usually, there's a cat in the house, but not when we have guests.
