Still Water - Seaside Waterside House & Balcony

I'm proud to present my waterside, fully refurbished one bedroom quirky house in Brighton Marina Village. The house includes a mezzanine bedroom, free parking & a sunny full width terrace where you can sit and watch the boats sail by and the sun set. The house is not just waterside but uniquely IN the English Channel, with boats, fish and birds as neighbours! The marina village is literally just that, with a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, bowling, cinema & a supermarket on your doorstep. The space You'll have full use of the entire space... access is via a waterside walkway, and once in the property you'll find an open plan living and kitchen area, a downstairs shower room with walk in shower, w/c and basin. Upstairs you'll find the decent size bedroom with a wall mounted TV, reading chair, fitted wardrobes and more waterside views. The kitchen is compact but well appointed and includes a nespresso coffee machine, combi microwave, hob, fridge (with ice box) and dishwasher. Plus all the usual basics such as cafetierre, toaster, kettle, pots and pans etc. The furniture is comfy, of good quality and has been decorated, furnished and interior designed specifically with airbnb in mind. The house has recently been totally rebuilt from top to bottom. There's free superfast wifi, and a 48" smart LED TV, and 2 bassy bluetooth speakers (one up one down). The comfy bed will be fully made up, and towels, bathmat and tea towel provided. As well as soap, loo rolls, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid (although there's such an abundance of restaurants locally you'll probably eat out every day!) There's free parking available for 2 vehicles if required. Please note that the washer/dryer facilities are located a 1 minute walk away and are chargeable (payment by credit card at the machine). Guest access Ideally suited for up to 2 guests for romantic breaks, workers, mates weekends, couples, sightseeing, holidays, long weekends, small families, relaxing and wellness holidays. We can host a 3rd guest on the sofa, but are unable to supply bedding / towels for them. Other things to note There are 2 parking options, one is nearer to the property but more complicated to access (you'll be fine if you follow our instructions to the T!). If you go for the easier option there may be a 5-10 minute walk to the house (regardless, you can park close by to unload your car and there are luggage trolleys available for your convenience). Please note that the stairs to the bedroom mezzanine are steeper than average and not suitable for those with mobility needs. The property is part of a terrace of houses, situated on a vast floating pontoon, so it fascinatingly rises and falls with the tide… VERY occasionally during high winds you can feel the house ‘wobble’ which is perfectly normal and part of the fun.
