200m from down town Wanaka and 400m from the lake. This is a large section with a big lawn and parking area and is one of the old Wanaka originals. Walk into town for meals and entertainment and then walk home, no need for Taxis or a driver. This is a family home and has a fully inclosed and secure fence.
