There is one smart lock on the front entrance door. Parking is free for one vehicle on the driveway and the parking spot is to the right of the driveway. The left side is reserved for the other tenant. Backyard and Front Porch: Please note that this is a communal space that is shared with other guests. Other things to note Please note that there is a separate Airbnb unit on the right side of the property. This unit has a full set of stairs required to ascend to access the unit The house thermostat is set to a comfortable temperature. If you need to adjust the temperature to cool/heat the space please use the remote found in the living room to operate your ductless A/C/heating unit. We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly. There is no cable TV available. Security cameras are located on-site for your security. We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general grounds keeping. By booking this home you accept the terms and waive the host and co-host for any liability. We take no responsibility for any slip and fall incidents at the property. We have arranged for snow removal. However, we take no responsibility if snow is not removed on time or there is a fall and slip instance at the property. Please also note that we do not take any responsibility for any damage to your car and any belongings at the property caused due to any reason.
