The space The Sainte-Marthe gîte is a newly renovated 154 m2 outbuilding, fully equipped for the comfort of your stay in Lot-et-Garonne (Nérac) for 2 to 8 people maximum, the living room (kitchen, living room, dining room) will surprise you with its large volumes on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 3 large bedrooms (180 x 200 bed), 1 smaller bedroom with two beds (90 x 190), a foldable baby bed, a large bathroom (2 sinks and a walk-in shower) and a separate toilet. Heating and air conditioning. Outside, a terrace is accompanied by a dining table for 8 people, a large umbrella, 4 deck chairs, 2 semi-reclining chairs. The garden overlooks the horse pasture and a beautiful sunrise with lake views (not to be missed in the morning). You have the option to rent the two adjoining cottages together, when renting a single cottage. The second will not be rented to other people to keep the privacy of the place. Guest access The cottage and its garden, the chickens are not far away if you want to give them your vegetable peels. Please respect your garden space, we also have our private space as a priority Other things to note Charging electric vehicles is allowed at the cottage on request only and payable at the EDF rate in force, charging stations are available in Nérac, Lavardac, Barbaste, Feugarolles… during your walks as well. Our animal friends (cats, dog) are not allowed on the entire estate (inside, outside, in vehicles, in trailers) horses are welcome with a space near or paddock on request. Our animals are free all around the cottage (chickens, cats), you have a private parking and a personal garden space. The estate is a quiet place, we want to maintain this criterion during your stay, events are not allowed.
