Prior Notification Required Guests must inform the host in advance regarding their intention to use the unit for filming, photography, or content creation. Please provide clear details about the type of content, crew size, equipment, and intended use. 2. Minimum Stay Requirement & Capacity Limits A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for bookings intended for shooting or content creation. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. • Maximum overnight guests: 6 people • Maximum number of people on-site during shooting: 10 people 3. Additional Charges Apply A surcharge of 50% of the total booking amount will be applied to cover additional usage, wear and tear, and coordination costs related to content production activities. 4. Compliance with Rules and Regulations Guests are required to comply with all terms and conditions set by the host as well as any regulations enforced by the housing complex management. Failure to do so may result in penalties or cancellation of the reservation.
