Ask us about weekly and monthly pricing. Come enjoy our large open concept newly renovated house. The space LOCATION: The house is located right off of interstate 40. It is centrally located close to popular fast-food restaurants such as McDonalds and Braum's. We are in walking distance to Lucille's Bar and Grill as well as tennis courts. ATTRACTIONS: We are three minutes from the Water Zoo and five minutes from the Route 66 museum. We are 6 minutes from Yippie Yay-OK Winery, 8 minutes from Lucky Star Casino and 31 minutes from Sorelle, The Meadow on Deer Creek. AMMENITIES: Each room provides its own ROKU television with ability to log into your subscriptions to Netflix, Disney+, ESPN, Hulu and more. Each room also contains a luggage rack, extra blankets, charging port with bedside lamp and table. We have a master bedroom with on suite shower including ADL bench, a second full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Relax on our large sectional in the living room with a 60-inch TV looking over the gas fireplace. Exercise your culinary skills in our newly renovated gourmet fully stocked kitchen. Work from home with our dedicated workspace that includes a Wi-Fi printer/scanner and monitor setup. Enjoy some relaxation outside on our fully covered front and back porch. Our backyard privacy fence allows you to BBQ with the family, enjoy outdoor games, relax in the adirondack chairs and watch the kids play in the children's size playhouse. This also allows you the space and room to bring your four-legged friend(s) with you. FEES: Housekeeping: We cover the housekeeping charge for the vast majority of our guests but please note that if you do not follow checkout instructions and/or leave an excessive mess/damage to the house we will charge the $150.00 housekeeping fee to you at checkout. Larger parties: 10 dollars more per person per night for parties that have five or more guests, i.e., 5th guest adds 10 dollars more per night to stay. Pet fees: Two pets can stay at casita for a flat 40-dollar pet fee. Have more pets? Ask us before booking for accommodations and approval. Early or late check-in/check-out: Asks us at booking if you need to access casita earlier then check in time or leave later. If able we would gladly accommodate for 10 dollars more per hour. Guest access Guests will have a private house with keypad entry to front and back door. Driveway and side street parking is free and always available. Full private access to house, open concept living room, kitchen, coffee bar, fireplace, front yard, private fenced backyard with outdoor dining and grill with every stay. Garage is closed to house supplies for Casita. For safety balcony should be reserved for adults only. Other things to note We are available for two or more-night stays as you are passing through on your route 66 adventure as well as weekly and monthly stays for those coming to work in town. We are available for larger group gatherings wanting to stay in one space. We can also offer shared living lodging for groups staying together for an event or work. We are baby, child and pet friendly. We have many amenities for baby including changing table, pack & play and highchair, outdoor playhouse and toys for children and a pet friendly cabinet in our sunroom for stocked with pet supplies. At Casita pets stay with family for $ 40 flat pet fee. Please ask for additional pets.
