Kick back and relax in this calm, cozy and stylish space surrounded by nature in the Rio Vermelho neighborhood. Our house is close to beautiful beaches such as Mozambique, Ingleses and Santinho. The neighborhood has nearby and well-diversified commerce. We want to welcome people and share all this positive energy from this little piece of Magic Island. Let me share tips on tours, hikes, and cultural attractions in our city. The space The en-suite is located in our residence, however it has an independent access door without an internal connection to the house. Bedroom: - Standard Box Double Bed; - Open Closet type cabinet; - Air-conditioning (cold/hot); - Dining/work table; - 43-inch Smart TV (You Tube access and open TV); - WiFi Mini-pantry: - Mini-counter with faucet and sink; - 61-liter minibar; - Portable electric stove with 1 burner; - 23L microwave - Basic kitchen utensils for small meals (cutlery, glasses, mugs, plates, etc.) NOTE: Mini-kitchen suitable for preparing small snacks and breakfast, it is not a full kitchen. Private bathroom: - Full private bathroom; - Stand-alone shower; Linen: - Set of bath and face towels; - Complete bedding set; - 4 pillows; - 02 cold blankets; Outdoor area: - Wooden deck in front of the suite; - Beautiful shared garden; - A private indoor parking space; Guest access To get to our property, you will come through the Rio Vermelho neighborhood to Muquén, the street is paved up to the entrance of the house. The yard is shared with our house, however there is a space for guests to park their vehicle inside the patio (uncovered). The guest will receive a key to the gate and the key to the suite. Self Check-in Option Check yourself in with the lockbox by providing a password if you prefer. Other things to note We always ask guests to respect the law of silence, especially at night, as we are in a very quiet location and on a street of family homes.
