Just message us for availability. The cabin has two bedrooms (1 King + 1 Queen with extra plush new 14” memory foam beds plus a loft with Full bed and twin bed. There is a new Couch in the living room and cottage Sleeps 6 total with the 4 dedicated beds. Please do not exceed the six person occupancy limit or you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as this is maximum occupancy per New Hampshire guidelines. There is a screened in porch with a large picnic table for meals and hanging out. ***We also have a pack n play available upon request for guests with infants. These are lakeside cottages that have shared outdoor space which you are free to enjoy. Including the new, large, fire pit with seating. FIRE PIT RULES: We have purchased a fire permit for your use while staying with us which is valid thru 12/2024. Please use the designated fire pit area in the center of the grounds for your fires and smoking. It is a very large fire pit with chairs around it. No other area is designated for fires including the sitting area (Garden with Adirondack chairs) next to our cottage. Wood only, no charcoal briquettes, and fires cannot be left unattended and must be fully extinguished after use. we keep an extra bucket in the cabin labeled for putting out your fire. Please do not throw glass into the fire. This fire pit is the only area where open flames are allowed including smoking per the fire Marshall of NH. Message us if you have any trouble finding wood bundles and we will give you locations to purchase cheaply. Guest access Enjoy a shared fire pit, lake/beach area, canoe, BBQ, Picnic tables, paddle board, and our new Kayak! Please do not move our furniture outside. If you have any issues whatsoever, we aim for five stars on every single visit. Anything less is unacceptable so please do not hesitate to reach out. we make ourselves readily available to help you navigate the area or provide recommendations or quick solutions to even the most minor issue. Thank you! Other things to note Dogs are approved on a case-by-case basis from October 31st thru May 1st. Bookings outside of that window will be cancelled. Please message breed info and if crate trained. Dogs must be leashed while on property and crated if left at the cabin. Damage from pets will be guest responsibility. Fee is per dog per entire stay regardless of length. This is a cabin with one heat source in NH, please plan accordingly. There is a hill to get to the cabin which is rock/dirt, AWD recommended in snowstorms. The road is plowed and salted/sanded but use your judgement. NH does not allow firewood to cross state lines. Please plan to buy in NH if you are interested in using the fire pit. We provide all sheets and hand towels and one shower towel per guest. We include extra if we have them and will provide beach towels for lake activity. All beds will be made except the loft beds as we can never truly account for who is using those. Clean sheets for those beds will be provided and left next to the beds in the loft. Please use whatever you would like! If you think you might need more towels, please bring extra. Thanks! Stolen/Lost towels will be $25 each to replace so it is best practice to bring all towels inside and put it in a pile including outdoor beach towels. ***Guests staying for one week are entitled to a complementary cleaning and free, optional turndown service with new clean sheets. Refusal of complementary cleaning is $30 extra (this helps keep the place super clean for the next guests and saves time) Early Check in before 3pm or late Check out after 11am may be available for a $25-$40 fee depending on length and season and confirming with host. Please be respectful as we try to have the place spotless for the next guest. We operate at a very high occupancy rate so often there are same-day turnover’s and we appreciate anything that you can do to make it easier for the next guest. Again any questions please ask us .
