After a fun day by the lake or exploring Traverse City, relax in the spacious, newly renovated bathroom with a large two-person jacuzzi tub. Please note that the tub will only fully fill when used by two people, due to water heater capacity. The bathroom is fully stocked with essentials—linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap—and includes a stackable washer/dryer with laundry detergent for your convenience. When you’re ready to venture outside, grab the beach towels provided and head to the expansive 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or take advantage of the heated pool and hot tub, available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. **Please keep in mind the Beachside Condos are located along a busy road, so earplugs and sound machines are provided for a restful night’s sleep.** Guest access For longer stays, all Golden Swan properties, and our lowest pricing, please find us at goldenswanmgt. Other things to note Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge. There is one parking space allowed per condo. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean.
