Come and recharge your batteries in Haute Saintonge at the crossroads of Dordogne, Aquitaine and Charentes. At the end of a little hamlet, you can relax in absolute calm without traffic. You are not isolated however, the amenities being 3 minutes away. From here, you can discover Bordeaux, Royan, Saint Emilion, Jonzac, the Périgord and Cognac. This cottage can be enlarged in order to accommodate up to 10 people (see my add "Calm and Authenticity"). Ideal for holidays with family or friends. The space Fully furnished 3 stars guesthouse located 45 minutes from Bordeaux, 30 minutes from Saint Emilion. The gates of the Périgord (Dordogne) and its gastronomy 15 minutes away, the spa town of Jonzac 45 minutes away and the Atlantic beaches at an hour and a half. The guesthouse has two bedrooms (including a master bedroom), a bathroom and two toilets. It also has private parking spaces (possibility of closed garage), a terrace and a garden as well as modern comfort and internet fiber. Come and enjoy the hot tub and the pool ! The outdoor spa and the pool are operational from April-May to October (bathrobes are at your diposal). The thick walls made of stones allow the house to stay cool during summer. Sun visors and blackout blinds complete this comfort. Ashtrays are available outside. During summer, you can harvest vegetables in my garden.
