220 m² residence with 1 ha park that can accommodate 12 people with 5 bedrooms (9 beds including two extra beds), two bathrooms and a toilet, 3 toilets, a heated swimming pool, a petanque court, an outdoor dining room with barbecue and heated parasol. This house is monitored and has an alarm that will of course be stopped during rentals but which can be reactivated at the request of tenants if they are absent. Guest access The entire property is accessible except for a small private room and part of an outdoor annex. Other things to note There is a possibility of two extra beds for children. With the exception of these two beds, sheets and towels are provided on site. Two good quality mountain bikes, one for an adult and one for a woman/teen are available. The pool is not heated from September 15 to May 15, except under exceptional conditions.
