Newly renovated in January 2021! Beautiful 2 bed 2 bath 1st level home with PRIVATE JACUZZI, backyard, and oversized 2 car garage. The home includes 1 Queen in the master bedroom, 2 Queens in the 2nd bedroom with an en-suite bath, and one Full-size pullout couch. Home includes a Flat-screen TV, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Washer & Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, sand Toys, and 4 Bicycles. Home professionally managed by Tower 17 Properties located in Newport Beach CA. This is the lower home in a two home building (Duplex). You will have 2 of the 4 tandem parking spots and permitted to use 1 of the 2 washer/dryer sets. Your home, the back yard and it’s amenities (jacuzzi) are not shared with the other home. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: - Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking. -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. - Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management. - Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process. - Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation. - Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent - City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am. - No Patio Access after 10 pm - Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc. - Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected. -Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a fixed rate of $399 each for up to 7 nights. Max 3 units per house. - High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability. -This is a Duplex Property, this advertisement is for the 2 Bed/2 Bath Apt Downstairs & Backyard only. (Backyard/Jacuzzi is for your use only) - Tandem Garage Parking (2 Deep) on the RIGHT of the garage included, Truck/SUV Permitted.
