It has 700 square feet of decks. It provides 1 King master bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 queen sofa sleepers, 4 bunk beds and a twin single bed. Guest has access to 10-20 acres on the ranch to explore. There are restricted areas behind the fences and gates to protect farm animals. Guests are not authorized to access these places or feed the animals without prior consent of the hosts. If hiking around the ranch, please know there are holes dug out from animals. Guests need to be sure to wear suitable shoes. Guest also needs to be aware that this is Colorado, we have wildlife, like Elk, deer, large prey birds and bear, so take care and please never leave your children and pets unattended.
