Nestled within a 4-Lake community 15 miles south of Omaha, our fun & relaxing Beach House has a great open floor plan & newly renovated kitchen made for entertaining & kicking back. Sleeping six comfortably, each room with view of lake & beach. EVENT HOSTING Look for us "@BeachHouseOmaha" for info on hosting daytime corporate events M-F. Overnight rental not required & rates are based on the event. We are happy to accommodate your needs and help build up your team! The inspiration for this unique home is all about the laid back atmophere of a waterside community and the natural elements that surround it. It is a relaxing and fun lake community only 15 minutes from Omaha yet shielded from the outside world. The home comfortably sleeps 6 and has 3 bathrooms. The Loft has a sloped ceiling and windows facing the beach and lake along with desk and work space along with wi-fi access. Tune in to the LED TVs with local TV stations (ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, WB) as well as Netflix. Movies can be rented for an extra charge or can be airplayed via guest’s own Apple device to the provided Apple TV. The kitchen living room, and family room all look out south over the beach and lake with great sunshine during the day. Combined with the comfortable furniture arrangement it is a great place to kick back and relax. The kitchen has all new appliances and all the creature comforts of home including a Keurig coffee maker. Wake up and have your favorite coffee at your home away from home! The beach is large and great for volleyball and throwing around a frisbee or football. The beach gently slopes into water and is great for kids. There is no lifeguard, so parents are responsible for supervising the safety of their loved ones. Inside, house guests have access to the entire home minus some of the closets and the garage. Outside, guests can relax and enjoy the patio, beach, and swimming. Kayaks and paddle boat are also available along with life jackets. While Lake Association rules stipulate that guests are not allowed to launch or operate motorized water vessels, a driver/ski coach can be hired for a reasonable hourly rate depending on the activity and availability. The interaction is pretty minimal but the owners are available via phone/text. The owner will stop over in the summer months to take the boat out and wakeboard. While accessing the boat, the owner is only on the dock temporarily until out on the water. Very safe neighborhood and lake people are always friendly and social. + Public transportation is not available. A Rental Car is suggested during your visit to Omaha. + Our community is 1.5 miles off of Highway 75 which is then a straight 15 minute drive from downtown Omaha and CWS. + Parking at house is available for free. + Taxi/ride fare from Omaha is ~$50 College World Series CWS Baseball Olympic Swimming Trials
